Check Out our Latest Princess Bed

Who Needs 'Make Believe' when you have a bed like this?! This completed project was one of our favorite children's beds to date! We are so happy to see the final fairytale come together. With a full staircase that leads to a walk-in tower, this is the ultimate princess project! We were excited to build it with tower that acts as a play set puppet house as well as a full balcony to view all the land!  The hidden bookshelf pulls out from within the tower, while there is a hidden draw within the bed frame.   Watching this fantasy come to life was a sure fairytale! I wonder what themed bed we will get to make next!!

What do you get when you mix Themendous with Monsterpalooza?

A MONSTER MASH!   If you're into monsters, syfy and the art behind this great genre, then Monsterpalooza is the place for you to be!  And since we certainly are, it's the place and show, for us as well.  But what do we exhibit amongst such great talent like Steve Wang , Rick Lazzarini , and Stan Winston School of Character Arts ?   Well, in wanting to showcase our abilities and contribution to this nail biting and hair raising event, Themendous has teamed up with the great Emmy Award-nominated director, producer and illustrator: David Hartman to produce an oversized, fully sculpted replica of Hartman's "Monster Mash" from his amazing collection of illustrations at Sideshow Monkey .   The final will be a whopping ten feet tall by seven feet wide, dripping with monster madness and some secret special effects!  The original scene is a mash up of some of our favorite horror figures, including a towering classic Frankenstein, a creepy little Dracula, and a fie
Just When You were Ready to go Back to Bed... It is more then likely that most of you, if not all, have seen this bed on the internet! O ver the past three weeks, it has gone completely viral with over 30 million hits across the globe! But did you know it was made by our very shop sculptor, Joseph Reginella!   Since the internet sensation request called out for a bigger bed which was a spoof on the famous Jaws movie line,   "We are going to need a bigger boat!",   we answered the call by creating the bigger bed for our Jaws fans! And yet again, the new sensation is  being met with popular praise  as noted below.   It was first featured in Cnet Magazine and has since been shared and reposted at rapid speed!                            http://www.cnet.com/news/jaws-bed-for-big-kids-nightmares/ Themendous is known for custom children's furniture theming, to see our previous children's work visit our portfolio page here .  Since then all of these

Custom Made Kid's room bed

Happy New Year everyone! The year at Themendous has already started with a HUGE sculputre(s) on it's way to Branson Mo. which will soon be viewable for the mass media (but more about that later, wink wink) The bigger news right now is all about a "little" boat, made by our very own shop sculptor of almost 14 years now; Joe Reginella. Joe has been making "waves" and pretty much broke the internet this week, with his now infamous Jaws baby bed!  He got the idea to make the baby bed while at the studio working away on a life sized Jaws head for an upcoming magazine's photo shoot  (more about this after the magazine is on the news stands).  Check out one of the latest story links below, as well as our time lapse on the life sized jaws head back at our studio...
